On the 3 acre wooded lot, you may want to set inside and enjoy the view of the outside from the many windows or swing under the tree and enjoy nature. You can go for a walk or a bike ride on the quiet country road or take a walk around the 1.6 mile reservoir, fishing is also an option. We are just 15 minutes from Fremont, Tiffin and Bellevue. It features a queen-sized bed, bath and full custom kitchen along with a smart TV and Wi-Fi. . A park-like yard with a stone fireplace and solar installation awaits. This country property features self contained utilities including a water well, sanitation and electricity. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens and baked goods from our farm kitchens.

The apartment sleeps up to 4 and has one queen bed and one queen pull out couch bed. It is located next to wonderful neighbors in a dog friendly neighborhood. Off street parking is available through alley, acces behind the apartment. It is a charming place to stay on vacation or traveling for work!

Onsite parking and motorcycle friendly with covered parking for motorcycles only. Our home sleeps up to guests with a queen bed and futon.

Rusty's Loft

Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment. With 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.

Welcome to our BoHo Studio! One block from Sandusky Bay waterfront, The Montgomery, built in the late 1800's, is located in heart of Sandusky's downtown historic district. The Boho Studio @ The Montgomery is cozy space with an eclectic artsy vibe. This space is outfitted with meditation pillows, games, vinyl record player. The Montgomery has an outdoor community courtyard and literally steps away from a variety of restaurants, shopping, activities, and culture.
