Perfectly situated in Mission Bay is this private self-enclosed cottage. This quaint little cottage sits adjacent to the main house and offers two parking space with its own dedicated entrance. The space offers a full kitchen with a two pot stove, dish washer, fridge, washing machine and 42 inch TV with Freeview. The lounge catches a considerable amount of sun and has sliding doors that open on both sides and pour out to a private, wraparound deck that overlooks our garden. There was s a Heatpump offering heating and cooling all year around.

This guesthouse is located on the ground level of our house with separate entrance. There is a private lounge, bathroom and bedroom. It was newly built with heat pump / air conditioner during our house renovation. We are in a very central location - 10 minute drive from Auckland CBD and about 10 minute walk to Mt Eden Village and Auckland University Epsom. Here, there are plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes, as well as the main bus route from Mt Eden Village to the airport and the city.

Open the french doors & enjoy the view from the balcony towards the City & Sky Tower. A short stroll to Parnell Road, Museum, Rose Gardens, Judges Bay & easy local transport. Lovely inner city suburb of Auckland. There is lots of parking on our quiet street. Smokers, a great out door area to relax.
