Fabulous, Cosy, Unique Barn Conversion

Fabulous cosy barn conversion located in a quaint village but a stones throw from many of the lovely beaches located on the east Yorkshire coast. Fantastic wood burning hot tub in the rustic outside den for your private use. You will have the whole barn to yourself including balcony which includes a charcoal BBQ, you can sit and chill while watching the sun go down. Also private side garden. Inside there is a roaring log burner to snuggle up to. Pets are welcome but are limited to one please.

Byre Cottage - 5* Stone Cattle shed Conversion.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

Our pet friendly beach house has a seaside theme inside, with log burner, two en-suites and an open planned kitchen/living space. We have provided fibre broadband, board games/Netflix/Disney+/Xbox Series S/Homepod for when the weather is not so great. It’s a short walk to the beach. Free EV charging for guests. On site facilities include a leisure centre with gym & swimming pool, tennis court, wildflower meadow, children's play area, archery, pub, restaurant, pharmacy, beautician and more.

From our family, to yours

Our beautiful caravan boasts three bedrooms; one master with en-suite toilet and two twin rooms. The main bathroom comprises of a large shower, toilet and sink. The van also benefits from its own private parking bay. The open plan, fully furnished kitchen and living area has breath taking views of the sea, with a small park opposite. The van is situated close to the entertainment, on site shop and path down to the beach. Bus stop to Filey, Scarborough, Bridlington. Close to Whitby.

Beautiful One Bedroomed Character Cottage

This unique cottage has a style all of its own. A modern property built in an old English style with large open fireplace, oak beams and wooden floors throughout. The cottage is set back off the road in a quiet courtyard with a lovely seating area to take in the daytime sun, The bedroom has a grand king size four posted bed with period furniture. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge area for extra guests but this must be booked prior to stay, all bedding and towels are provided

You will be surrounded by beautiful countryside, far away from the bustle of everyday life. Glorious walks from the door take you up onto the moors above the farm or into the delightful village of Goathland, where sheep calmly graze on the green and reminders of 'Heartbeat' surround you.

Kimberlina Carriage Ravenscar

The Kimberlina is a cosy, custom built, carriage located in Ravenscar, a beautiful coastal village situated on the Jurassic Coast National Park. The carriage is nestled in a field to the back of a working farm, surrounded by fantastic views and natural beauty, it is the perfect setting for a romantic getaway or relaxing evening following a days walk along the Cleveland Way. Children are welcome at the carriage and additional sleeping is available on the day bed in the living area.

Blacksmiths Cottages is a peaceful and picturesque hidden gem comprising 3 luxury, newly renovated, holiday cottages. We are based in a village called Muston, just 1 mile inland from Filey. Muston is a friendly village lined with pretty cottages with a welcoming pub and on a bus route. We are ideally located for visiting our beautiful coastline, sightseeing special places like York, Helmsley and Malton or visiting our theme parks and stately homes including Castle Howard.

Esmerelda, The Showmans Wagon, Glamping

Esmerelda our handcrafted Showman's Wagon situated at the top of the field on our family farm with views out to Filey Bay and across open countryside. She sleeps 2 adults in a double cupboard bed with wood burning stove, fridge, private shower room and kitchenette with gas hob, charcoal BBQ, wood fired soaking tub, firepit and a decking area which provides the perfect space for outdoor dining. One dog is welcome for an additional £20.
