The property is close to Rehoboth Avenue, walking distance to Boardwalk and everything in town. My place is good for families and big groups. There are four BR with multiple beds/bunk beds, 3 baths, outside shower, washer/dryer, screened in porch, deck, back yard, patio with grill and fire pit. I also have a pack and play for infants/small children. There are two free parking spots, and there is ample street parking (passes required Memorial Day to Labor Day). WiFi and smart TV , no cable.

An additional Rental Agreement is required to rent this home. It is delivered by email following booking, signed and returned to host by email. The beach is a 20 minute walk, 10 minute bike ride, or 5 minute drive Community pool on site provides an extra place to relax and cool down.
