There is some noise travel in the kitchen area as it is adjoined to our home.

Simple breakfast supplied and all for a reasonable rate in quiet cul de sac street, just 20 minutes walk to town centre, or 5 min bus ride to resturants and sightseeing attractions.

Local cafes and pubs are only a couple minutes drive down the hill with the CBD a 10 minute drive.
