The property is a 10 minute walk from the bustling Whiteladies Road, Clifton and Durdham Down and 10 minutes from the thriving Gloucester Road and one mile from the city centre (Cabot Circus, Park Street and Harbourside). There are excellent bus services giving access to most of the city and a local train station which also links to the national rail network. Stable Cottage is a 2-storey, stylishly converted barn just off the main courtyard at Avon farm Estate. Featuring an open-plan kitchen-living-dining area, with a free-standing log burner and private garden. Sleeps 4, king-size bedroom & twin bedroom. Featuring a family bathroom with shower & bath. Two well-behaved dogs (not puppies) are welcomed at a cost of £30 per dog per stay. Avon Farm is a suitable for family's or quiet groups only. Please note there is no longer a hot tub at this property

A lovely family home for 9 guests (or 7 if you don't want to use the sofa bed in the sitting room). We are very close (7 mins walk, 2 mins cycle) to Gloucester Road, with numerous independent shops. Also nearby is Bristol city centre, Clifton suspension bridge, the Downs, Banksy graffiti/Stokes Croft, Whiteladies Rd, Clifton village, The Wave (surfing), an independent cinema and many independent cafes/coffee shops.

Old Stables, hidden period gem, spectacular garden

Hillside Stables is a separate annexed building, to the main house, a hidden period gem with spectacular gardens. This Grade II Listed home and family house, dates back to 1715 with some extensions c.1820. We renovated the separate old stables building to build a mezzanine king-sized bed deck and shower room in this completely separate private annex, with its own entrance.

Our lovely garden room is a private, self contained en-suite studio with its own access. We are in a safe and quiet residential area, away from the noise, yet close to the vibrant Cotham Hill and Whiteladies Road with their many shops, restaurants and bars. Beautiful Clifton is close, Bristol city centre a 20 min walk & Redland train station is 5 mins away.
