Also nearby is Bristol city centre, Clifton suspension bridge, the Downs, Banksy graffiti/Stokes Croft, Whiteladies Rd, Clifton village, The Wave (surfing), an independent cinema and many independent cafes/coffee shops.

Our lovely garden room is a private, self contained en-suite studio on our lower ground floor with its own access. We are in a safe and quiet residential area, away from the noise, yet close to the vibrant Cotham Hill and Whiteladies Road with their many shops, restaurants and bars. Beautiful Clifton is close, Bristol city centre a 20 min walk & Redland train station is 5 mins away.

The Loft House - Beautiful House in Best Location

The Loft House is a charming, newly renovated house in the heart of Bath . A host of lovely cafes, restaurants and independent shops are right on the doorstep. The historic Circus is a stone's throw away with the Royal Crescent a short walk beyond. This Grade II Listed home and family house, dates back to 1715 with some extensions c.1820. We renovated the separate old stables building to build a mezzanine king-sized bed deck and shower room in this completely separate private annex, with its own entrance.

The Coach House - on street parking available

Beautiful self-contained spacious two-bedroomed coach house - Centrally located, yet tucked away in a quiet side street in the beautiful Cotham conservation area. On-street visitor parking permits can be arranged free of charge for one vehicle and if you have bikes (pedal or motor), please let us know and we will arrange secure storage.
