Unser Haus ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für erholsame Tage in Salzburg: ruhig gelegen in einer Seitenstraße, drei getrennte Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett, modernes Wohnzimmer, perfekt ausgestattete Küche, ein kleiner aber feiner Garten mit Blick ins Grüne und zwei überdachte Parkplätze. Wenn ihr mir eine Anfrage sendet, seid so lieb und stellt Euch kurz vor - wer seid ihr, woher kommt ihr und mit wem reist ihr nach Salzburg🫶🏻🙋‍♀️ Wir freuen uns Euch als unsere Gäste begrüßen zu dürfen.

In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Quiet suburban 3-room apartment with mountain view

The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.

Unser neu renoviertes Appartement befindet sich in einem historischen Gutshof am Fuße des Kapuzinerbergs und ist nur einen gemütlichen Spaziergang vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Der Rauchenbichlerhof ist ein imposantes denkmalgeschütztes Schlössl, mit eigenem Barockgarten, welches erstmals im Jahre 1120 namentlich erwähnt wurde und in welchem 1831 die frühere Geliebte des französischen Kaisers Napoléon I. lebte.

In 20 Gehminuten erreichen Sie das Neutor, den Eingang der Mozartstadt bzw des Festspielbezirks oder wählen Sie aus 2 direkten Buslinien, welche direkt in das Zentrum von Salzburg führen. Genieße ein stilvolles Erlebnis in dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Wir leben in Deutschland, in der Touristenregion Berchtesgadener Land, am Rand der Berchtesgadener und Salzburger Alpen in der Gemeinde Ainring. Ein Kfz wäre von Vorteil. Kostenfreier Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück vorhanden.

Tourismussteuer (Nächtigungsabgabe + Tourismusfondsbeitrag) ist bereits im Preis inkludiert. Guest Mobility Ticket für das Salzburger Land ist ebenfalls im Preis inbegriffen.
