The lower level is attached to house with its own private entry, fully equipped kitchen & separate bedroom with large walk-in shower. Sit in a screened-in porch with a tranquil view of lawn & greenbelt with occasional deer, squirrels & wild turkeys. Close to shopping & restaurants. Off street parking with room for RV or truck with boat trailer. No pets are allowed.

Peaceful Getaway w/ Easy Access to Lassen & Shasta

Our peaceful apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful oak and manzanita trees, 2 miles from Bethel and Simpson. With easy access to I-5, you can be at Mt. Lassen National Park or Mt. Shasta in less than one hour! We can accommodate up to 4 people in a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, & a single rollaway bed (suggested for a youth/child) upon request. Our guest apartment is available for daily, weekly, and monthly rentals.

For smooth check-in, please load and thoroughly review all instructions in the “Arrival Guide” in the Mobil app prior to driving up hill from Chico. 1000 ft above the valley floor with breathtaking ridge top views. 12 to 15 minutes to most everything in Chico. Choose from the broad list of fine dining options Chico has to offer! Our owner is chemical and fragrance sensitive. We use natural cleaning products, detergents and soap.

Turn of the century building in downtown Chico, Ca features an UPSTAIRS studio apartment (no elevator) with a fully adjustable Queen size bed. Complimentary parking is available for long term stays. Centrally located in downtown, this studio is a two to five minute walk to restaurants, night life and shopping and Chico State University. Bidwell Park, Sierra Nevada Brewery, Enloe Hospital and more are just minutes away by car.

Victorian neighborhood Red Bluff

Downstairs unit in beautiful brick fourplex built in 1928. Central heat and air conditioning, dining room, 2 flat Tv's with antennas for local channels, queen size bed, and internet. Living room TV is a 50" Roku. There is a washer and dryer in the basement of this building. Please no pets, no smoking (anything), and no candle burning.

This is an upstairs One Bedroom Apartment. Place was built in the 1970's. This Apartment was painted, most lighting upgraded and was decorated by me. This place is very comfortable. New Queen Bed, dining table and couch. 18k btu AC and dual pane windows. close to shops and resraurants. We handle 20 Furnished Apartments and Houses.
