"Truly magical" were the words of the first guest when she discovered this wondrous retreat, full of surprises for kids and grown-ups, just downhill from the Appalachian Trail. Go for a walk in the woods, go for a bike ride, splash in the creek, or just laze the day away in a fireside rocker with a good book. With two bedrooms, a clever sleeping alcove, and a futon in the Secret Playroom, the cabin sleeps six, seven if you banish snoring Uncle Arslan to the couch.

Our Cozy, charming cottage is situated on a hilltop, with an amazing view of Amish farmland. The location is private, but still only a few minutes drive to town(Myerstown, Lebanon County PA) where you will find restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores. This is the perfect honeymoon suite or place to come to reconnect with your spouse. The backyard oasis includes a new hot tub(4/24),a fire pit, and a grill. Located on an Amish farm, you can see farm animals from the windows and get a taste of life on a working Amish Farm. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, while still being close to all the local attractions.

The Summer Kitchen

Quaint, 1-bedroom, cottage built as a summer kitchen for the original farmhouse in 1740. First floor is an open concept with new appliances in the kitchen and a cozy living area with loveseat and dining table. Overlooking beautiful pastures, the cottage was formerly the large painting studio of Delaware Valley artist Peter Sculthorpe. The studio has been re-imagined as a peaceful retreat for families, friends and couples.
