Beautifully decorated and spacious home in a charming, Alexandria neighborhood near the King Street metro and the shops and restaurants of Old Town. Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

This modern cabin with African influences offers two bedrooms, a full kitchen, fireplace, 4K TVs, PlayStation 5, deck with hot tub, and a workspace. Just steps away from Luray's charms, the Skyline Drive's scenic beauty, Luray Caverns' underground marvels, and Shenandoah National Park's vast wilderness, this cabin is your gateway to an unforgettable escape amid nature's splendor.

Comfortable accommodations for horses and the people traveling with them. Private suite, private entrance (bedroom, bath, kitchenette) + 2 RV hookups water/electric. 6 stalls - nice paddock turnout. Lighted arena. Close to: Manassas Battlefield (25 mile trail); Skymeadow State Park (nice trails); several hunt clubs; VRE connections - to METRO; 3 miles to Manassas airport. Not accepting pets for the time being. Several wineries and breweries within 12 miles - ONLY 6 miles to Jiffy Lube Live.

Waterfront Guesthouse II on the Rappahannock

The “Beach House” is a guest cottage at Snug Harbor, a 2 acre private property overlooking the Rappahannock River and Chesapeake Bay. Perfect for a couple’s getaway, this well-appointed cottage has beautiful water views and includes access to our private beach & dock (with guest slip) with use of our paddle boards and kayaks. The cottage’s 1st floor features an open liv/din/kit area, full bath with large shower and a covered patio. The 2nd floor features a large loft bedroom with a queen bed.

Escape to The Bohive off I-95, a charming 1200 sq ft studio, conveniently located just off the interstate & minutes from downtown. On a private “nature reserve”, this is the perfect place to unwind & recharge. Inside, you'll find a comfortable king bed & kitchenette (no stove). The cozy living area has a smart TV, great for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Enjoy coffee on the private deck or immerse yourself in nature before heading out. Great spot for road trippers! We are thrilled to host guests at the newly renovated Water's Edge Cottage -- a serene oasis offering what may be the best views on the Potomac. The rural charm of St. Mary’s County is among Maryland’s best kept secrets -- 90 minutes but a world away from Washington DC (with no Bay Bridge traffic!). We are near historic Leonardtown, boasting one of Maryland’s few remaining town squares (we affectionately call it “Mayberry”). And be sure to visit our sister property, White Point Cottage!

The Tobacco Barn

A high-peaked ceiling and exposed-log crossbeams reveal the Tobacco Barn’s past life as a place for hanging tobacco leaves to dry. Now converted to a one-room guest house, it features a front porch swing, cozy fireplace, soapstone floors, a homey sitting area, and a tall, high-post bed. The pressed-tin ceiling and whiskey-barrel sink in the bathroom add to its charm. Pets are allowed and are charged a fee of $25 (first night) and $15 (per ea. add'l night). Maximum two-person occupancy.

Secluded wooded setting with pond view, less than 1,000 feet from main house and only 5 miles from downtown Culpeper with it's fine dining and quaint shops.
