Across from a waterfall on an 8 acre private Lake with your own beach, dock, and Kayaks. Nestled into the 142 Acre forest on our farm with 5+Miles of Hike/Biking trails. Enjoy Swimming, Kayaking, Fishing, Hike/Biking, visit Farm Animals, or just RELAX! Only our Family, Log Cabin, Tugboat, and Silo listings have access to the Lake and Property.

You can sip coffee with chickens, stargaze under wide-open skies, and maybe make friends with our crazy goats and obnoxious geese. Peaceful rural charm meets modern comfort, all just 15 minutes from Williamsburg.

"Old Smokey" is a 1965 pull-behind camper that has been beautifully remodeled. It is cozy, rustic and has been restructured with lots of love. You can enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. The camper has both air conditioning and a wood stove. "Old Smokey" is a unique and romantic glamping experience. You can cook delicious meals on the propane stove/grill or visit one of our charming local restaurants. This is the perfect location to relax and reset, either solo or with someone special.

River & Rail

Enjoy all the Potomac River has to offer, just 40 miles south of D.C. Rich in history, our RV trailer sits near the river's edge on our home property about 200 feet from our residence, in Widewater Virginia, between the Potomac River and the CSX railway. Although there are trains that pass by, they do not use their horn in our area, and they are fun to watch! Enjoy a coffee while watching a beautiful sunrise, then light up a fire pit after a day kayaking or fishing on the river.

Tucked away in the woods on a historic Eastern Shore farm lies this stunning Airstream retreat 10 mins from Cape Charles. The 1969 Airstream has been converted into a contemporary studio with all the comforts of a luxury hotel room. Wake up to the birds singing in the trees that completely surround the huge front deck. Private docking available for personal boats.
