With easy access to coastal walking tracks, 500m walk to the beach, 5 mins from Lyttelton & 20 mins to Christchurch central this space is the perfect getaway spot. We have created the holiday space we always search for, come and enjoy it Summer or Winter!

Te Ara Cottage Tranquil Retreat

Beautiful charming cottage with fantastic view. The cottage has a queen bed, a sitting room, shower, bath and toilet with own deck. Not self-contained but has gas burners, bbq set outside on the deck and microwave, mini fridge, kettle and toaster inside. Tea/Plunger coffee are provided. There is a walking track below the cottage and also more walks around here. We are located in Diamond Harbour, 20min walk to jetty that you can catch a ferry to Lyttelton, only 10min ride, beautiful journey

A quiet and private oasis overlooking native bush on our farm in Banks Peninsula. A unique, off the grid experience in our warm (centrally heated) and luxurious, brand new caravan. Gaze at the stars in your own little paradise whilst soaking in our private outdoor bath and/or enjoy exploring the spectacular bays around Banks Peninsula. Our 1/2 acre section is fully fenced so that your pet (if bringing) can roam freely. Even though we are off grid, we have great internet access (fast WIFI).

The Birds Nest is a secluded and boutique cabin nestled amongst the tree tops and away from other houses. An 8 minute drive to Lyttelton provides a range of eclectic cafes, restaurants and bars and a well-stocked supermarket and pharmacy, and a Farmers Market every Saturday our Tiny provides an alternative to the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
