This is a charming fully renovated guesthouse built at the back of our home. We are situated in a peaceful suburban neighborhood. The room has a single bed, private bathroom, own entrance, designated parking space, microwave oven, small refrigerator, coffee maker, 2-burner hot plate, iron/ironing board; heater and air conditioner. There is also a patio you can sit to enjoy the fresh California weather. Please note we request all guests to submit a government ID prior to check in.

Air mattresses with bedding provided by request, with 3 or more paid guests.

Our private Cedar Nest is a detached modern garden studio that sits at the rear of our lot in the foothills area of Claremont. We are close to hiking, about a 5 minute drive from the Village and Claremont Colleges (Pitzer College, Pomona College, Scripps College, Claremont McKenna College, and Harvey Mudd College). Easy access to the 210 freeway and a nice place to unwind after a day exploring Claremont and surrounding areas.

Enjoy a fully remodeled peaceful three bedroom one bath home. Two car driveway, Inviting back yard with bbq grill, pot belly fire pit to relax and some mood lighting. Easy access to 21O FWY, enjoy Southern California beaches, Disneyland, and LA about 45min away. Currently our side fence is down because of high winds in the process of fixing it but we do have a 4ft high secure metal temporarily wire fence.
