The space is perfect for those traveling to the Twin Cities looking for a traditional St. Paul experience in a relaxed spot that is completely your own. Also perfect for families visiting students at nearby colleges in St. Paul!

Enter through a private entrance to this basement studio apartment. Newly constructed in 2018, the space is well lit, insulated, and in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy a full bathroom with laundry, and a kitchenette: 4.5 cu.ft. refrigerator, microwave, extra large toaster oven, hot plate, crock pot, pots, pans, dishes, keurig coffee machine, and full kitchen sink. 1 queen bed accommodates up to two guests. Minutes from Como Park, the State Fair Grounds and Hamline University. 5 min from the U of M St Paul campus and 10 min from the U of M Mpls campus. 15 min from either downtown Minneapolis or St. Paul. 15 min from US Bank Stadium or Huntington Bank Stadium. 10 min from Allianz Field. 25 min from the airport and the Mall of America. Very quiet and safe neighborhood!!

This 650 sq ft basement gem is tucked in a super walkable neighborhood. You’ll have your own entrance, ONE free parking spot out back, plus a big backyard where your pup can stretch their legs. Above the suite is a private tattoo studio — you might hear a little light foot traffic during Monday to Friday (10 AM to 5 PM), but it’s delightfully quiet otherwise. Note for our taller friends: the ceilings are 6 feet 10 inches high, with a few cozy spots at 6 feet.
