Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac adjacent to open farmland and the source of the River Alt, this self-contained flatlet comprise a double bedroom, lounge (with sofa-bed) and bathroom with in-bath shower on the upstairs floor over my downstairs home-office space. Un-shared access to the kitchen downstairs with fridge, cooker, microwave and kettle, utensils and crockery. Bus stop for buses to Liverpool and Merseyrail Station is just 300 yards up the road. Regret adults only and no pets.

It’s also located next to a golf course, a short walk from the local pub, a short drive from a Tesco and Starbucks.

Cosy accommodation at farmhouse in Dalton, Parbold

The cosy guest suite includes a living room with TV, leather sofa and armchair, small dining table and 2 chairs. There is a compact kitchen area equipped with combination oven/microwave, hob, fridge and all essential crockery and cookware. The bedroom has an oak framed king size bed with matching bedside tables and is furnished with pine furniture, curtains and a blind. The shower room is spacious and is en suite to the bedroom. There is gas central heating and blinds to most of the windows.

Set in a fantastic position, The Dalton Bungalow is a picturesque two bedroom semi-detached bungalow. A modern open plan living space with lounge area, dining space and a fitted kitchen. Come and enjoy the stunning views at our home. Located conveniently between Liverpool and Manchester, 15 minutes from the M6 motorway. Our house has 2 guest bedrooms, both doubles, a family bathroom, downstairs loo and utility room. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a living room complete with wood burning stove. Logs can be provided upon request. Internet connection and smart TV are provided. Our home is ideally located for country walks with good pubs and a golf course nearby.

The Annex - relax in quiet, charming setting.

The annex, detached from the main house, is set within a beautiful landscaped garden. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV (you will also have to Sky, Netflix, Apple+, Paramount) the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The separate living area has a dining table, sofa and small fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery (for takeaways etc.) are provided. Parking is at the front or side of the house. There is access to strong WiFI . Pets are welcome.

The Stables

We would love to welcome you to 'The Stables' at Parsons Brow Farm. A semi rural spacious barn conversion with scenic views, private access & parking. Ideally situated for walks & cycling routes, 5 minutes walk to the village. There is a double bedroom, small kitchen with tea/coffee facilities, a microwave & fridge, bathroom and living room/Bar with a sofa bed, a private small garden including outside seating. Dogs are welcome but we just ask that they are not left unattended.
