There are two large living areas both with their own fireplaces, and a heat pump if you are too relaxed to light them - a perfect winter escape! In summer you'll enjoy sitting in the large garden listening to the birds or watching the sun go down through the manuka tree. Kids will enjoy the games and toys here, parents will enjoy the peace!

The property is ideal for couples as the whole upstairs will be yours with the beautiful views. It is also perfect for families and larger groups . Not suitable for parties. The property is on a quiet street but right next to a cafe with amazing coffee, pizza , gelato and Italian food. The location is fantastic as you are so close to the surf , beaches and the Harbour .

Only 1.2kms off the Waikato River Trail it is a perfect base for those wanting to explore by bike.

Unwind and enjoy being close to town, surf, and everything Whāingaroa-Raglan has on offer. Watch the sunset from the deck, cozy up in front of the fire, chill out in a vintage-styled space or grab a flat white from the cafe from around the corner before wandering down to the harbour. The perfect surfer’s retreat on the west side of the one-way bridge, just a quick drive to Whale Bay. A great spot for kids! And pets are welcome!

Located beneath our home with private entry — you might hear our young kids (3 & 4) or our friendly lab Max during the day, but evenings are peaceful from 7 pm – 7 am.
