It´s on the Island of São Miguel in the city of Ponta Delgada that AQUA - Populo Eco Village **** is located. Close to the sea, less than 250m from Populo Beach, there are seven apartments characterized by comfort, sophistication and simplicity perfect for a family holiday or a romantic getaway for two. Whether you are enjoying the beautiful view from the pool or spa, grabbing a workout in the gym, or just exploring our beautiful island, here there is no hurry, only pure nature is immersed in your lungs.

Pink House private studio

Belonging to our family for 6 generations an old barn was carefully rebuild in 2017 and adapted into two contemporary guest houses breathing history and tradition. Our 30 sq. cosy private suite offers an equipped kitchenette and an open living and dining room and is ideal for couples or small families. The bedroom and living area are divided by custom made wooden furniture so we could keep the space open and full on natural light. The suite also offers a private terrace with outdoors furniture.

Quinta Morazes é uma antiga propriedade vinícola com construção secular, situada em Rabo de Peixe. O seu ambiente acolhedor, familiar e privativo, rodeado por natureza, proporciona uma experiência exclusiva de conforto e serenidade. A Quinta Morazes conta com vista para os vulcões das Sete Cidades e do Fogo e para o mar da costa norte. Ao longo do seu jardim centenário, encontram-se diferentes zonas de sombra, lazer e recantos pitorescos com esculturas que fazem parte da história da Quinta.

As Casas da Chaminé são recuperação de uma casa tradicional antiga. Foram cuidadosamente criadas de forma a promover uma vivência em contexto rural em casa típica, num ambiente moderno e confortável. Constituída por três casas independentes, dispõe ainda de um amplo jardim com piscina, uma pequena horta e pomar e um alpendre com churrasqueia (partilhados por todos hospedes). A vista é estonteante, mar e montanha ao alcance do olhar. A tranquilidade impera. Aqui... temos sido muito felizes.

Bem vindos a "CHEZ GRAND-MÈRE", uma casa completa com cozinha equipada e garagem fechada. O espaço interior e exterior é só para si, não é partilhado com mais ninguém. A sua família ficará no centro de São Miguel a 5 min de carro de várias praias, do Chá Gorreana, a 15 min de Furnas e 25 min Nordeste. Localizada numa aldeia de 300 habitantes aconselhámos a alugar um carro para deslocar-se a compras e ter melhor aproveito da Ilha de São Miguel.

T2 independente, equipado e com pátio privado, inserido na Volcanic Charming House. A piscina reveste-se a pedra de basalto e olivina, e há ainda espreguiçadeiras e um lounge com bar de apoio à piscina no verão. A recuperação do edifício deu-lhe um toque moderno, mas mantendo a traça micaelense. Estará perto da rua principal da Ribeira Grande e das vias rápidas para ir conhecer a ilha.
