Waikawa is a microclimate very sheltered and peaceful, private outdoor living on the guest patio, BBQ, Sheep on the farm 5 minutes to the safe swimming beach, 4 min to the local marina, Jolly Roger Café bar. 8 min drive to Picton's shops, restaurants and ferry terminal. There are many bush walks. Karaka Point Maori Pa Site is four km .

The apartment is located across the road from the water taxis, and facilities include a heatpump, full kitchen and laundry, 50+ SKY TV channels, and tea/coffee/hot chocolate supplies.

Sleep beside the sea in this “can’t get any closer to the water” guest suite. Queen bed plus occasional seating. There are no cooking facilities - just tea and coffee included. The views are sensational of Waikawa Bay .Enjoy the local sealife from the deck- resident rays seals fish and even the occasional dolphin. Great spot for a sunset bevy and taking a swim from. Totally pet friendly. Use of a double kayak and life jackets available to guests.

Stunning views over to the village of Havelock and beyond to the breathtaking Pelorus Sounds and decorated with a stylish Pacific vibe. Watch the boats come and go from the marina and relax on the deck or balcony. The water is tidal so at high tide the water laps at the property boundary. At low tide there are expansive mud flats. The view is constantly changing with lots of bird life. It is north west facing so we get the most beautiful sunsets.

Tawhitinui is tucked away on a private peninsula at the end of Elaine Bay Road, with breathtaking views of Tawhitinui Reach. In winter, rug up and enjoy your morning coffee on the sheltered deck, soaking in the views. Spend your days bushwalking, getting out on the water or simply unwinding in this peaceful, cosy retreat, then finish the evening stargazing, glowworm hunting or watching the magical bioluminescence light up the bay.

Rest & Relax

Rest and relax in your sunny private riverside studio apartment or explore the close vineyards that surround us and the beautiful Marlborough Sounds. The studio accommodates up to 4 people and is located in Renwick a 5 minute drive away from Blenheim Airport and 30 minutes drive to the Picton Ferry. A minimum stay for 2 nights is requested. However we can arrange for a one night stay for $20 more if you reach out to us.
