Great relocation option, business or corporate stays, events or sightseeing, visiting relatives, or checking out the music or sports scene. Light rail goes directly downtown (4 min), stadiums (12 minutes) and the University of Washington (3 min). We know you'll love it here. It has a charming private feel yet access to everything. Private front porch or side patio French door entrances via keyless code. (Just a few steps up for those concerned about stairs). A guest on the living room couch will need access to a bedroom bathroom. Situated in historic Queen Anne, the apartment is within walking distance of cute cafes, popular restaurants, and nightlife spots along Queen Anne Ave N. The Space Needle is a 7-minute drive away. This charming basement studio apartment has very low ceilings in some spots. Those over 5' 8" will have to duck in a couple of spots. We also have two dogs who you may hear outside in our yard and upstairs. You may hear them from time to time, we try to keep the barking to a minimum.
