Beautiful little cottage on homestead just 12 minutes from Qualicum Beach. Come connect back with the land and walk the gardens on this quaint little farm. We have Nigerian Dwarf Goats to cuddle with and many free-range chickens. We offer farm tours and fresh coffee. Lots to explore in the area and a quick drive to the beach or old growth forest. Your space includes, backyard and patio, hot tub, BBQ and fire pit. Inside there is a large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and 1 large bathroom and 1 bedroom with queen bed. Plus a hide a bed (Queen) in living room. Also private washer and dryer in attached garage.

Put on your best duds for a dinner date down by the ocean. Maybe a fire in the backyard with a cup of cocoa? Full bathroom and everything you need for a tea or coffee and light breakfast. Mini fridge and microwave. Please note there is no kitchen and we live on the property with our blue heeler.

The studio suite is a private addition attached to our family home.

Enjoy full privacy in the well-stocked cottage while enjoying the tranquility of rural life close to town. The cottage is 4 minutes away from a major grocery store and Oceanside Arena. We are very close to the famous Parksville beaches and the highway to Tofino.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. This is a great kickoff spot for those looking to explore central, west, and north Vancouver Island. We are a few minutes walk to Sunny Beach Road, a favourite beach spot amongst locals. A cafe, pub, ice cream shop, and many nature trails are all just a short walk away. The cottage is equipped with a queen size bed. A fold out cot is available for a 3rd guest.
