A 5min walk to town and i-site, a short drive to Hobbiton, the house is very centrally located to town and nearby shops, services and attractions!

Property is across the road from the beach. Just been totally refurbished to what I would say is 4star plus. Children under one yrs old stay free. Main bedroom has Huge California King Bed. Second bedroom has a queen size bed. Third bedroom has a Queen bed plus two single beds. Cafe and takeaways is 3 minute walk. Only a 1.4 km walk to Bayfair shopping mall, movie theatres and a large selection of restaurants. The same distance to walk to Bay-wave indoor swimming pools with water slide.
