Visit the popular quay area with boat hire and a weekend market. A 30 minute bus or car ride will take you to stunning beaches, historic villages and endless walking opportunities.

We fully renovated this cosy, two bedroom cottage to create a warm, welcoming space where the only sounds you’ll hear are the tweeting of birds and crackle of the newly fitted wood burning stove. The cottage has a king, a twin room and a sofa bed in the lounge so is flexible with accommodating various set ups. The location is just about as good as it gets. It’s a 10 min walk along the stunning River Frome into Wareham and a stone’s throw from all major tourist attractions on the Purbecks.

The Annexe is a private guest retreat, exclusively for visitors. Relax in your own charming garden with a covered hot tub and festoon lights – the perfect place to unwind after exploring Dorset’s stunning coastline, Durdle Door and the New Forest. Just a short walk from pubs, restaurants and shops, it’s an ideal base for your stay. Guests also enjoy Sky Sports, Wi-Fi and a cosy outdoor seating area, making it perfect for a romantic, relaxing or adventure-filled getaway.

A lovingly created Shepherds hut for two, in walking distance of Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and good pubs. One of 2 huts, each with off road parking and shared access path down steps to private facilities. Located in a secluded spot behind our family home. A fully self contained hut including a double bed, kitchen with multi cooker, wood burner and en-suite bathroom including hot shower and state of the art composting toilet. Small enclosed garden; dog friendly.

A newly built 3 storey 5 bed detached house with stunning harbour views, 5 mins to Sandbanks beaches. Direct access to the water, Kayaks available for hire. 2 of the 5 bedrooms have sea views and share a balcony. All 5 bedrooms have en-suites and the master bedroom has a freestanding bath overlooking the sea. It has a bespoke layout with an open plan kitchen/dining area on the 3rd floor which makes the most of the stunning views at the highest level of the house.

It is the perfect base from which to explore some of the best the South West coast has to offer.
