Come and enjoy your stay in our luxurious handmade shepherd's hut situated in your own private field where your nearest neighbours are our two sheep and the deer that graze in the field at sunrise and sunset. Play tennis on the asphalt court (tennis rackets and balls available). Enjoy a BBQ and an evening around the firepit where the clean air ensures a perfect view of the stars on a clear night. The surrounding area is perfect for walks and cycling Sorry, but we do not allow children or pets.

We are one mile away from The Wise Man Inn - an award-winning pub; 6 miles from Dorset's stunning Jurassic coast and 3 miles from the county town of Dorchester. You will, however, need a car- or bikes! Sorry, no pets and no smoking. No EV charging, yet, but there are many fast charging points nearby.

Set within its own private garden with unspoilt views of Galton Farm overlooking Moreton forest and Tadnoll Heath. Ten minutes drive to Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove and Ringstead Bay. Plenty of coastal and country walks to choose from. The barn consists of one bedroom with a superking bed. Large bathroom and open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area all delightfully decorated.

We are 20 minute drive from Dorchester which was the home of Thomas Hardy.

It is located next to numerous bridlepaths, perfect for avid walkers, cyclists and lovers of the countryside. We welcome any and all well behaved dogs. There are several pubs all within a 5 minutes distance by car, as well as our own farm cafe and shop located on the main road into Weymouth. Best ice-cream around.!
