Villa Solaris a newly renovated, over 200 years old stone house. It has 2 stunning balconies, with breathtaking sea views and view over private green Mediterranean garden. In garden house you can relax in private IR sauna (max temperature 75°C), cook or grill your dinner in fully equipped kitchen located by the private 8 by 4 m big heated salt water pool. Air conditioning and floor heating in all rooms. It is located in charming village of Žgombići not far from Malinska on the island of Krk.

Modern, simple elegance is one of the main features of the beautiful villa located in the town of Krk. It has a private pool and can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a spacious, open plan living room, dining area and kitchen plus an additional bathroom. On the first and second floor there are 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Ulika mobile homes consist of two mobile homes located in an olive grove near Krk town. The concept is made in the way that guests have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms available in two mobile homes. The kitchen and the living/dinning area are situated in the center, between the two mobile homes with an exit to the partially covered terrace and grill area with a view over the swimming pool and the front part of the property. Pool terrace offers a nice sea view.

It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.
