Perfect location for boating, all season fishing (including salmon and ice fishing), beach-going, snowmobiling. Located a row back from the water, in walking distance to Eddie's Cove Restaurant and the Wigwam Restaurant/Tiki Bar as well as the the Sandy Pond Sportsman's club. Enjoy world class fishing in the pond, lake, and nearby Salmon River. Located on a NYS established snowmobile trail. Up to 2 dogs allowed with paid pet fee. Renting out my home ON the Salmon River. This listing is for "Unit A" which is the main part of the house. I also rent out a studio suite with a separate entrance (On the Salmon River! - Unit B), or you can rent both spaces by booking the "ON the Salmon River - Full House" listing. This listing can be booked 6 months in advance. The Full House listing can be booked 1 year in advance. The dock and laundry room are considered common areas for both units.
