Talo sijaitsee Pornaisissa. Etäisyydet lähialueen kaupunkeihin ovat hyvät; Helsinkiin omalla autolla 47 km Porvooseen 22 km. Talo sijaitsee luonnonkauniilla paikalla, Lähdeahon Luomutilalla. Talossa voi hyvin majoittua perheet ja pariskunnat tai yksin matkustavat. Talossa voi viettää aikaa myös kaveriporukalla. Hinnoittelussa on huomiotu koko talon käyttö. Villa Sjövik is a traditional-style, but fully modernised old fisherman's home by the seaside. Located in the beautiful countryside, between the lovely old towns of Porvoo and Loviisa, Sjövik offers a secluded getaway, as well as nice shops and restaurants only 20 minutes away. NOTE: There are 8 beds in 4 bedrooms, despite the "photo tour" claiming only five beds (auto-generated).

Pieni punainen torppa maaseudun rauhassa peltojen keskellä. Kodikas ja tunnelmallinen vanha rakennus, joissa takka lisää tunnelmaa olohuoneessa ja lankkulattia narisee silloin tällöin. Pihalla mahdollisuus istua patiolla, nauttia pihasaunassa ja kokata kesäkeittiössä. Torppa sijaitsee lähellä palveluita ja pk seudulle ja lentokentälle ei ole pitkä matka.
