Quiet rural setting overlooking the Mahurangi River ,Te Kapa inlet and farmland .Lots of native bush and wild bird life .Perfect retreat to relax and read Matakana area has wineries ,restaurants ,art galleries ,beaches ,regional parks and a farmers market . As it is West facing we are often treated to spectacular sunsets. The apartment is spacious with a sitting room and is separated from the main house by a double garage . We are down a 2 km gravel road but the views are worth the drive.di

Unique studio unit. Separate to main dwelling with own access and self contained. A lovely light and airy space originally designed as an artists studio. Space includes queen bed, two comfortable chairs, small fridge with tea and coffee bench, and shower and toilet. Access to laundry facilities in main house if required. 1 minute walk to beach, 1 min. drive or 10 minute walk to large selection of restaurants in Orewa. Five minutes from motorway, 30 minutes from Harbour bridge.

Close enough to all the shops, bars and restaurants in Warkworth and Matakana, but with the Te Aroroa trial (500 metres) and countryside on your doorstep. Less than 10 mins to Warkworth, 15 mins to Matakana with its vineyards & markets, close to Omaha beach and the beautiful Tawharanui Peninsula. Only a quick walk to the beach and Manly village there is plenty to keep you occupied and a great choice of places to eat and drink. The bay is perfect for swimming, boating, fishing, stand up paddling, windsurfing, sailing or just relaxing. Manly Sailing Club is across the road and hosts many regattas. The open plan studio is new and beautifully finished, located above the owners garage with a separate entrance.

Orewa by the Beach - Coastal living

Centrally located at the heart of the famous Orewa beach in the Hibiscus Coast of North Auckland region, 200m distance from the surf beach and 350m from the entrance of the 8km estuary walk/cycle way. The shops, supermarkets , cafes, restaurants/bars, take aways and fast foods are 1km walk. We only offer a quiet , comfortable room to stay in - Parties, visitors and binge drinking are not allowed.

Luxury private apartment, with spectacular sea views and space to unwind and relax. Your top floor, provides 96 sq m of quality, comfort, privacy and security. The suite is separate from our living area, with your own private entrance. Walking distance to beach, shops, supermarket, and range of restaurants and cafes. Maximum guests; 2 adults .
