Beautiful house menorquin style in the centre of Ciutadella between the Cathedral and the harbour. House with 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, big kitchen with dining-room, living-room and terrace with sofa. Very well decorated and well equiped (television, video, microwaves, washing machine, dry-machine, dishwasher, full equiped, bed clothes, towells etc). Three floors. The house is very cosy and new. From the 23th of June you can enjoy the "Jaleo" o "Sant Joan", the famouse horses party and you can see it from the house. The house is in the best possible location if you want to stay in the centre of the city. Traffic is not allowed in the street. The area is very familiar and menorquin people. If you need someone to pick you up at the airport we can arrange it. We can rent you bicycles, because is the best way to move around. Close to restaurants and shops and near transports.

Se alquila casa individual en planta baja, sin vecinos encima, con patio interior. Comedor con aire acondicionado y gran televisor con acceso al patio de unos 20m cuadrados con mesa y sillas. Cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas y cafetera eléctrica. Un baño con una gran bañera y secador. Tres habitaciones, una habitación con cama de matrimonio y ventilador de techo, una con dos camas individuales y ventilador de techo y una con cama individual. Lavadero equipado con lavadora y secadora.

Casa de una planta de estilo tradicional menorquin con torreón y porche. Situada encima de un acantilado delante del mar, con preciosas vistas y bajada privada al mar desde la casa (acceso compartido con la casa vecina. Mirar las condiciones del mar y consultar las instrucciones de seguridad antes de bajar). Tiene 3 suites con baño y vistas al mar (una de ellas en la torre). 1 habitación doble y una de literas para 4-6 personas, que comparten un baño. Casa completamente reformada en 2020.

Casa totalmente restaurada y equipada en el centro histórico. Situada en una calle peatonal y muy tranquila, conserva los típicos techos abovedados. La casa consta de planta baja, dónde se encuentran la cocina, la sala de estar y un pequeño patio interior que da luz y vida a la casa. En un primer nivel, encontramos una habitación doble y un baño. En un segundo nivel, dos habitaciones dobles y un baño. Subiendo hacia la azotea encontramos la zona de lavadero.
