Our oversized 2000sqft 4 floor home comfortably sleeps all your guests and has room to spare. This modern, spacious duplex is situated in a quiet cul de sac, located just a short walk to the center of Commercial St and the beach, and is around the corner from Stop & Shop. Additional perks include a spacious outdoor back areas with grill and private upstairs balcony, multi-zone central AC/heat on each floor, separate laundry room with washer/dryer, and parking for 2 cars.

Bayshore 7 Waterfront

Unit 7 is a newly renovated unit that has windows on three sides and is the unit closet to the water. It has a large brick patio right on the water. The unit is located in Historic Provincetown. Situated in the quiet east end on the waterfront, it is just a short walk to the bustling center of town. **Please note there is work being done on the building at 501 Commercial st. Weekdays 7-3. It is out of our control and we apologize in advance for the disruption.
