A bright second floor front room overlooking Bradford Street, with a king sized bed and two huge windows. Enjoy a mini-fridge, a 40 inch flat-screen TV with basic cable, USB charging station, and complimentary wi-fi. The private bath features a walk-in shower, towels, and toiletries. Check-in is contactless (a short pre-arrival phone call is required - please see note on taxes under "Show more"). 190 sq feet of space. This room includes a parking spot for 1 vehicle. We are an 18+ guesthouse.

This is a wonderful spacious charming first floor room with a king bed, non-working fireplace, ceiling medallion and private bath steps away. You may wake early from the delicious aroma of something baking for your breakfast. Breakfast served in the dining room or on the deck. Before or after breakfast, a walk (½ mile) to Forest Beach may be in order or simply relax in the hammock with a good book. Either way you’ll kick back and enjoy your stay. Come on -- get some sand in your shoes!!

Retreat to Cape Cod Home on Water

Private home built in 1906. Two lovely guest rooms in an ideally Cape Cod home overlooking Nantucket Sound and the Centerville and Bumps rivers. Both rooms have window seats and provide a traditional New England style. You will love the proximity to the ferries, P-Town, Woods Hole, great beaches, lakes, restaurants, theaters, shopping and whale watching. Both rooms have AC. Sorry to say, but my listing is not suitable for children under the age of 12; because of stairs and dock.

3rd floor, small bedroom with two twin beds and shared bathroom. At most, there will be 5 people using this bathroom. Steep stairs warning to whoever may have a concern. Our rooms are for guests with a lower budget. Our guests do not have kitchen access and we don't have TVs in the guest rooms. The Chicago House is a centrally located traditional Ptown Guest House. Room 3 is a Small room FOR ONE PERSON on the 2nd floor with steep stair. It offers one TWIN bed and shared bath. A/C, TV, cable, WIFI, Free On-Site PARKING is at the BACK of our BnB and is not accessible through our street address. When the lot is full, parking may involve tandem spots and you may need to leave your keys with us. We serve our simple cold continental breakfast from 8am -9:30am

Knowles Farm B&B, Photo Room

Nestled in the middle of the National Sea Shore's Fort Hill Area, a private room on the second floor of a 235 year old Cape Cod Farm House. The house is surrounded by sweeping fields that lead down to Nauset Marsh. Steps away from the Fort Hill Nature Trail. A truly unique stay. For parties greater than two this listing can add a room with a double bed for a single or couple for an additional fee. Owner occupied BnB with two rooms, NO Mass occupancy tax added!

Our Bed and Breakfast is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful, well maintain, and within walking distance of local beaches, the fish pier and downtown Chatham where you can dine and shop. The Innkeepers will serve you a continental breakfast each morning. We will clean your room while you are out and about each day. We are also very knowledgeable about great places to eat, shop, or where to go to the beach.

The Captain's House is a 12 bedroom centrally located traditional Ptown Guest House. Room 2 is on the 1st floor with a queen bed and a private bathroom. A/C, TV, basic cable, WIFI, refrigerator. We don't offer parking this year. I can send a list of in town parking options if you ask. We serve our simple cold continental breakfast from 8am -9:30am.
