Ein wunderschönes, neues Ferienhaus, (ca. 100m²) 3 Schlafzimmer/ 6 Schlafplätze direkt am Ufer des Gardasees, zwischen Bardolino und Lazise gelegen, mit privatem Steg. Der Neubau des Hauses wurde im Frühjahr 2023 fertiggestellt. Die beeindruckende Außenterrasse hat einen direkten Seeblick, genauso das Wohn/Esszimmer. Der Steg ist zur alleinigen, privaten Nutzung unserer Gäste. Lazise ist zu Fuß am See entlang (autofrei) in 10-12 Min. erreichbar.
