Se vi fermerete qualche giorno da noi, potrete visitare posti meravigliosi (il parco dei Cento Laghi, le Cinque Terre, i castelli del Ducato, il labirinto della Masone...), scoprire il sogno ecologico e sostenibile della nostra azienda agricola, godervi il giardino in compagnia dei nostri animali, fare un bagno al fiume... e magari regalarvi un trattamento di riflessologia plantare!

Delizioso appartamento: ampio soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, tv a schermo piatto, tavolo, angolo cottura con 4 piastre, frigorifero, lavello; l'appartamento dispone di 2 camere da letto: camera matrimoniale con scrittoio e armadio e camera bambini con letto a castello. Ampio bagno con wc, bidet, doccia grande. L'appartamento non ha una terrazza e non può cenare all'esterno. La piscina sarà aperta dal 15 maggio al 15 settembre La ludoteca sarà aperta dal 15 maggio al 15 settembre

IT IS A BEAUTIFUL OLD STONE HOUSE THAT IS COOL IN THE SUMMER. WE RENT A PART WITH A INDEPENDENT ENTRANCE, THREE BEDROOMS, THREE BATHROOMS, DINING ROOM WITH KITCHEN AND TV AND WI-FI AREA WITH SOFA. GARDEN WITH DECKCHAIRS, COVERED DINING AREA, BARBECUE, RELAXATION AREA WITH SMALL STONE POOL (5X3 METRES, 1 HEIGHT) AND LOTS OF NATURE 10 MINUTES BY DRIVE FROM THE SHOPS VERY RELAXING, IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE SONG OF BIRDS BETTER DON'T COME HERE! I LIVE HERE WITH MY FAMILY AND OUR HORSES. NO PARTY!

The Castle of Magnano (13th century) is located on a hill at 350 meters above sea level in the hamlet of Magnano, 8 km from Carpaneto Piacentino and 15 km from Castell'Arquato. Inside, there is the garden overlooked by the fortress and the living area. Relaxation spaces equipped for outdoor dining. Garden equipment, table tennis, table football, various games, outdoor parking. Excursions, walks. Typical trattorias and wine cellars with DOC wines.

Charme, swimming pool & comfort

124 acres of fields and woods surround this restored barn built in 1730, part of a tiny private village dating back to the 13th Century. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.

Erica Yurt (accomodate 6 people)

On the top of a hill, in the middle of nature, just on the boarder of a natural protected park we have created a yurt camp. Our yurts come directly from Mongolia and are furnished in a simple but very confortable way. Each tent has its own external toilet. Inside the Yurt Camp you will find a restaurant for breakfast and dinner, a swimming pool, many animals, vegetable gardens, and many relaxing places (hammocks, porch........)

Casa "RosaTea" con piscina tra monti e 5Terre

Si accede all'appartamento con una piccola scalinata in pietra, è al piano terra, ha ingresso indipendente ed è composto da: soggiorno con zona cottura, una camera matrimoniale e una cameretta con due letti singoli e un bagno con doccia. L'alloggio dispone di terrazza privata con vista ed attrezzata con barbecue, tavolo e sedie. Di comodo accesso la piscina ed il parcheggio per auto.
