L'appartamento, su due piani, è composto da un grande soggiorno con due divani (di cui uno può diventare letto matrimoniale) e un grande tavolo. A vista si apre sul soggiorno una grande cucina attrezzata. Il pian terreno ha uno splendido affaccio sul lago di Pusiano, con un terrazzo dove si può pranzare, cenare, prendere il sole o godersi il panorama. Al primo piano ci sono due stanze da letto e una cabina armadio. In casa ci sono 3 bagni, di cui 2 con doccia.

L'appartamento si trova all'interno di un prestigioso residence con una vista spettacolare sul lago di Como e Bellagio. Questa straordinaria residenza offre un ambiente lussuoso e un'atmosfera rilassante. L'ampio giardino terrazzo, dotato di un comodo divano, ti permette di goderti il panorama mozzafiato del lago mentre ti rilassi all'aria aperta. Il barbecue è perfetto per organizzare cene all'aperto con amici e familiari, creando momenti indimenticabili.

La casa degli ulivi

Appartamento indipendente all'ultimo piano di una casa abitata dai proprietari. Completamente ristrutturato dotato di aria condizionata e di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Agli ospiti è fruibile un giardino con lettini e ombrellone dove prendere il sole, pranzare o fare il barbecue. E' possibile depositare le biciclette all'interno della proprietà. A 50 metri dalla casa sono presenti tre parcheggi gratuiti e un negozio di alimentari.
