Arredato con gusto minimale ma dotato di ogni comfort, lo spazio è composto da una camera matrimoniale, bagno, cucina-salone con muro a vetrata e divano letto, patio privato. Perfetta per 3-4 persone. Parcheggio privato, piscina con sdraio e ombrelloni, barbecue, portico in legno, aree relax con divanetti e amache, e un'asina (Caterina).

LA FATTORIA "Oleandro" - 35 minutes to Rome

My accommodation is close to Rome 25 minutes to the fitting, Anzio 15 minutes, Tor San Lorenzo 10 minutes, Landriana Gardens 5 minutes .. DO NOT need the car to go to Rome! A few meters from the club every hour stops the local train that takes you to Rome Termini in 35 minutes! You will like my accommodation for these reasons: comfort, nature and sports ( tennis, swimming pool).
