Your room is a huge top-floor space in a dorm-style room that sleeps four people on single beds. The bathroom for this room is next door to your room and will only be used by guests of this room.

La casa ha uno spazio esterno ampio dove gustare pranzi e cene, o leggere un buon libro. Inoltre sono presenti svariati libri in varie lingue.

The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.

The barrier-free holiday home has a cozy living room, a home theater area with two single beds, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with one double bed and two bunk beds plus a cot), as well as one bathroom. It therefore can accommodate 8 people.
