The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.

Vanaf zowel de terrassen, het zwembad en het huis heeft u een prachtig uitzicht over de heuvels van Molise.

La vue sur mer est d'ailleurs exceptionnelle depuis la terrasse... La région est idéale pour le calme, le repos, de jolies visites dans des villages typiques, promenades en montagne et/ou bord de mer, mais aussi des villes animées comme Termoli, Vasto...(surtout l'été).

It therefore can accommodate 8 people.
