Light-filled (4 skylights!) upstairs apartment in 169-year-old home. Cozy and playful decor with a lot of nostalgia. The house has beautiful wide pine plank floors. If you like straight lines, this house is not for you - it's a little wonky, but we find its charm far outmeasures the crooked doorways and other quirks. Located in Fox Point, a 15 min walk to brown, steps from Wickenden and Ives streets, the Newport Ferry, coffee shops, and restaurants, but on a side street out of the way of it all.

Spacious loft apartment. Recently remodeled featuring luxury finishings. Large eat in kitchen, featuring an oversized island as a center point of the entire space. High end electronic suite, and tasteful furnishing gives this space the comforts of home. Fully equipped with all necessities and amenities for a short and long-term stay. Great for both quick visits to Providence and longer professional stays. This is co-hosted with Ryan and Greg, for quick responses and excellent customer service.

Welcome to The Pacheco Suite! Located at historical Athenæum row on the top floor, The Pacheco Suite is inspired by a Mediterranean theme while at the same time, encapsulating Providence's historical architecture. The Suite offers views from the top of college hill, overlooking the whole of downtown. Located on Brown University and RISD's campus, Athenæum Row offers private zenful courtyard space behind the property. From heated bathroom floors to high end furniture, this suite has it all.

Quiet, sunny 300 sq foot studio, great neighborhood, on National Historic Register! Close to Miriam, Brown & RISD. You have the entire second floor to yourself, w/ driveway parking, private entrance & bath, lounge, work/eating counter, high speed WiFi & Roku Smart TV. There's a small fridge, microwave, Brio hot/cold filtered water dispenser, Keurig. Coffee, tea, milks, homemade muffins, granola bars :). Please note: GUESTS MUST BE ON THE LISTING. Historic Downtown Arcade Condo

Historic condo in the Arcade Providence, a registered National Landmark built in 1828 as the first indoor mall in the US. This exact unit was featured on the Rachel Ray show and described as “the coolest, smallest apartment [they’ve] ever been in.” Enjoy a living area with large TV, small kitchen, full bathroom, and bedroom that sleeps two. A murphy bed in the living room folds down to a twin bed. The Arcade is in the center of downtown Providence, a 5-10 min walk to Brown and RISD.

Come stay at our magical tiny house with a yellow door! A lovely retreat tucked away with an equally magical garden. Our tiny was built for family and dear friends to come and enjoy Providence, and all the surrounding wonders. When it’s not shared with our family and friends we open it up here. It’s what Airbnb was when it first started, just regular folks opening up their spaces for people who love traveling and exploring or who might be curious about tiny house living.
