The property is close to downtown Newport & ideally located between three beaches. The cozy unit has a queen bed, full bath & kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, and toaster oven. There is a small deck with ocean views, access to ocean front, outdoor shower and off street parking. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella and towels.

The cottage is the first on the beach road and is situated in the middle of the peninsula with Plymouth harbor on the back side and the open ocean across the road in the front. There are decks on both sides where you can enjoy watching the gorgeous sunrises in the front and the spectacular sunsets on the harbor side in the back.

Enjoy your space, knowing we are just 50 yards away should you need anything. This is a true tiny house experience. The kitchenette has everything you need. The sleep loft is accessible by a ladder and has a low ceiling. Disclaimer there is no door on the toilet, which is tucked away in the kitchen area. WiFi connection is not guaranteed.
