I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay. The flat is on our property but is completely separate with secure parking.

Just 500 m from Silversand Beach in Betty’s Bay, Sol Y Sombra is a self-catering studio with courtyard and barbecue facilities. This cozy and homely open-plan studio has its own entrance and comes with tiled floors and wooden furniture. It features a double bed and bathroom has a bath. Guests can prepare meals in the kitchenette, which includes a gas hob, microwave, kettle and a refrigerator. The enclosed courtyard offers a table with chairs, BBQ facilities and a heated outside shower.

Ideally positioned to walk to shops, restaurants and Village amenities and even closer to the main swimming, fishing and diving beach. Our studio apartment opens up onto a 40sq meter balcony with a panoramic view of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Large sliding doors disappear into the walls creating an unimpeded indoor/outdoor flow while the elevated position protects your privacy. The open plan bathroom faces onto an enclosed secret garden which includes a frame-less glass shower. The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette and is serviced daily except weekends and public holidays.
