Perfect for a couple but can accomdate a larger family too! This cottage sleeps 7 and features a king bed in the studio portion, along with a bunk room. The bunk room includes a queen bed, a double bed, and an XL twin. Enjoy unique amenities such as a lighthouse and water view, AC, an EV charger, seal watching from our kayaks, and clam digging right on our beach. Evenings are best spent watching stunning PEI sunsets from your private screened-in porch or by the fire pit. License # 2301088

Beach house on Rustico Bay with breathtaking views

Breathtaking views of sea and skies on Rustico Bay, overlooking Robinson's Island and a quiet part of the protected Brackley dune system. Enjoy our two kayaks for a sunrise and sunset journey. Private steps down to shore. Beach house has three bedrooms and an upstairs loft. See if you can count the number of boats in the decor! The Cozy Loft

The Cozy Loft is located on the Montague River a very peaceful accommodations to sit back and relax or be a tourist. I am two kilometers from Montague,where their is a Sobey's and Superstore,two pubs (Copper Bottom and Bogside) ,hardware stores and restaurants etc. Montague has a beautiful waterfront and marina. The Confederation trail head is at the waterfront for walkers and cyclists. Brudenell golf course and Pammure Island beach is within twenty kilometers. Come and enjoy PEI!

Fully functional kitchen with efficient tiny home appliances, full bath with corner shower, a Queen bed with a twin above it in the upper container and a twin on the main level. Three decks, two are rooftops. Hot tub is only operational from Sept - June, NOT July and August unless requested in advance.
