This romantic cottage is located on Doornkraal, a farm that has been in the loving hands of five generations of our Le Roux family. Come take in the fresh air and explore our farm on foot or bicycle. We also offer horseback riding, a great way to see the area and get to know our beloved horses. Included in rate: A bottle of wine, some fire wood.

This campsite is set in the bush. The sites are also fine for trailer tents and RV's. Each pitch has shade and a water point which is municipal drinking water. There are electricity points. The ablution block has hot water and flush toilets. The pool is on the site, essential for the long hot summers. We are pet friendly. This little cabin is secluded, private and situated with 3 other cabins on the premises. It is nearby shops and restaurants and all the best tourist attractions in Oudtshoorn. It has its own little gate leading to the cabin and wooden deck where you can enjoy something cold after a long day. The garden is peaceful and it is safe to take a long walk or jog in the mornings or evenings. Equipped to make your stay comfortable and relax.

Yellow House - Lavender Cottage

Lavender Cottage is at the edge of our almond orchard with a view of the mountains from the stoep and braai-area. A king-sized bed overlooking the mountains can be made up as 2 3/4 beds, and a separate bedroom has two single beds. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering guests. Air-conditioning and the nearby pool keep guests cool in summer and a wood stove provides warmth in winter.

Matjiesvlei Cottages - Die Stalle

Die Stalle, was originally built as the residences for two owners of undivided shares in the land bordering the Kleinrivier. It has now been restored into a comfortable 3 bedroomed cottage with a beautiful view of the valley and mountains. During the summer you can cool off in the nearby farm dam, or go for a swim in the river at the private picnic site.
