Granite Mountain views is a spacious studio that is a walk out below our home, fully furnished. Only access is from the outside. We do live above the studio. There is a kitchenette, large bathroom, Queen bed, full sofa sleeper, and no carpeting. There is parking on site and a private deck to enjoy. It is 5.4 miles to historic downtown Prescott, 4.5 miles to the “Worlds Oldest Rodeo”, 1.4 miles to Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and 11 miles to PV Event Center. Come enjoy Prescott!

You will be a 5 to 15 minute drive from all the fun activities you may want to enjoy, including downtown fun, hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, etc. and very close to the local airport and ERAU. You'll have your own entrance to your living space where you can sip your favorite beverage on the quaint patio or read by the open window in your bedroom seating area and listen to the wide variety of birds that frequent our quiet neighborhood.

This is a separate & private suite, with free parking for one vehicle & a private entrance. Walking distance to Courthouse/Whiskey Row, about 1.25 miles & Prescott Resort 1 miles. 4.1 miles to Watson lake. Equipped with a full size refrigerator, induction cooktops, oven/air frier, dishwasher, microwave, dinnerware, drinkware & utensils. Also provided are kitchen, and bed & bath linens. Unplug and recharge at The Majestic Mountain Retreat, as seen on Cash Pad! Also known as the Walker Getaway, it is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy epic views from the patio. With no neighbors in sight in a quiet serene setting situated at 6500 elev. To get to our amazing view & home a high profile vehicle is recommended, it is a 1/4 of a mile on a steep dirt road.
