Our home is a halfway between Pula and Kamenjak i.e. 6 km distance to both so having the car is highly recommended! Small yet fully equipped and uniquely designed studio with independent entrance is a fine choice to explore local area all year round and 15 min. walk to the nearest seashore. You'll have a cute terrace with the front yard view, self check-in/out possibility, STANDARD SIZE CAR PARKING, AC cooling/heating, fiber optic Wi-Fi and complete linen. All taxes are included in the price.

Welcome to Villa Salu' (adults only, +14). Villa Salu' is family run luxurious apartment house that has opened its doors in 2010 for her guests who are looking for high quality accommodation with personality and style. Villa is located in village Premantura - Istria near one of the many stunning rocky beaches and beautiful nature park Rt Kamenjak. Our App. 5 Munte (2 person) is one of seven apartments in our beautiful house. It has one bedroom and is situated on the second floor of our villa.

The apartment is situated on the second floor and consisting of: double bedroom, open living room and kitchen area with sleeping arrangements for another two persons, bathroom and terrace with panoramic views of the sea. Air conditioning serves the entire apartment and private parking is available directly in front of the apartment. From the apartment, the centre of Premantura, the camping area of Stupice and the entrance to the natural park of Kamenjak are all just 10 mins by foot.

Die 2020 adaptierte Dachgeschosswohnung liegt in der besten Wohnlage in Premantura - in erster Reihe zum Meer mit Blick auf die vorgelagerten Inseln. Premantura ist bekannt für seinen Naturpark Kamenjak mit über 30 verschiedenen, herrlichen Buchten und einer unvergleichlichen Flora und Fauna. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Mehrfamilienhaus in Waldrandlage. Zu Fuß erreicht man schöne Kies- und Felsstrände innerhalb von wenigen Minuten.

Spacious, unique and sunshine apartment with the spectacular view of the Roman amphitheater. You can almost touch the Arena from all the windows!Two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, well equipped kitchen with dining area, entry living room and a little balcony. Capacity: 4+2 people. Si trova nel centro del paese pittoresco di Premantura, situata nell'estremita' meridionale della penisola istriana. La casa offre servizi completi, wifi gratuito, aria condizionata su entrambi i piani, parcheggio privato, terrazza con vista mare, barbecue...La superficie dell' appartamento e' di 100 m² a due piani.

Apartman je smješten u centru grada 150m od najpoznatijeg pulskog spomenika Arene - amfiteatra iz rimskog doba. U neposrednoj blizini su kafići, restorani, dućani, šetnica i strogi centar grada sa glavnom ulicom koja vodi do najpoznatijeg gradskog trga Foruma. More je udaljeno parsto metara od stana no prve plaže su udaljene cca 2700m Aerodrom je udaljen 10km od smještaja.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Newly renovated two-bedroom apartment - it has 2 floors. Set right outside the entrance to the protected natural park of Kamenjak, located in a private residential building, reflects the luxury and comfort of the spotlessly designed interiors. Secured bike storage with the possibility to charge E-bike included (reservation needed).
