We are immensely proud of our achievement as this is a family (ad)venture where we combined our visions and decorative flares without any professional assistance in designing our space. Perfectly located (Palmotićeva street number 5) and newly renovated, Apartments Old Town Top Spot are situated just a step away from Stradun, the main street in Dubrovnik Old town, numerous restaurants, beaches, galleries and all the historical monuments and museums. The apartments are close to everything with perfect location to explore around. There are no steps from Pile Gate and Stradun main street to apartment, but there are about 15 steps in the building as apartment is on the 1st floor.

A Cappella is located in the Dubrovnik Old Town and can be reached from either Pile or Ploče Gates without having to take the stairs. The location is near the beautiful and famous Stradun, the main street of Dubrovnik Old Town and it is only minutes away from the most interesting historical buildings. In the apartment you will find Wi-fi, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a hairdryer, a coffee machine, a washing machine & dryer and a kitchen with dishwasher.

This is one of the oldest houses within the walls of the Old town of Dubrovnik, written documents say it has survived the Great earthquake in 1667. Down the street Od sigurate there is a monastery within there is one of the oldest small churches which dates back to 11th century (40 meters from the apartment). Main Street Stradun is just 70 meters away at the bottom of the street Od sigurate. Franciscan Monastery, Sponza palace, Orlando statue, St. Blaise's Church, Rector's Palace.
