This renovated cottage, set in the hamlet of Rinsey Croft, offers high quality, light and airy one-bed accommodation. It is close to the safe bathing and surfing beach at Praa Sands and only a 5-minute drive to the coast path car park at Rinsey Cove. The beautiful harbour village of Porthleven is a foodies' paradise and is only a 7-minute drive away. The cottage is well placed for the many attractions that West Cornwall has to offer. The cottage is cleaned and sanitised to a high standard.

The Beachhouse is a unique gem in a truly magical Cornish Cove. The sandy cove of Porthgwarra is at the end of your private garden. The SWCP & the sea runs alongside the property. You can walk out of the front door & up to Hella Point or you can go straight down to the beach. Lands End, Sennen, Minack Theatre, & Porthcurno are all a short walk away. Secret beaches plus lots of wild birds & sea life incl. seals. A very special place. WiFi is good & stable as switched to Starlink.

Elmfield barn is conveniently situated on the A394 for exploring the beautiful west Cornwall coast and countryside. The comfortable accommodation is ideal for couples who appreciate having the great outdoors on their doorstep, yet within easy reach of many places of interest and excellent restaurants and pubs. The A394 can be quite busy at times, so some traffic noise can be heard during the day when the windows are open. Fans are provided for when the weather is hot.

Located midway between the towns of Penzance and Helston each approximately 7 miles away. Ideally located to explore Cornwall. There is a pub, fish and chip shop and Co- op a 5 minute walk away. We accept a maximum of 2 dogs. Sky TV and sport and TNT sport available.
