It's great for couples , windmill workers, hunters or travelers just looking for something a little different. We are located just 9 miles off of I-80 between Des Moines and Iowa City. Only 12 miles from the WhatCheer Flea Market . Diamond Lake is only 8 miles away . Poweshiek Co has lots of beautiful country to explore. Lots of wonderful places to eat, close by too.

Queen air mattress available for additional guests. High speed internet, and washer/dryer make life easy here. Only one block from the hospital and three blocks to downtown Grinnell. Private patio, one car attached garage, plus additional off street parking. Large bathroom with walk-in shower. All the amenities you need.

This spacious, newly remodeled loft features a private, secured entrance, a huge, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a laundry room with front load washer and dryer. The bedroom features a large walk in closet and its own entrance to the laundry room and full bathroom. The living room, with floor to ceiling windows offers a great view of the historic downtown Montezuma square.

Come experience small town living in the heart of downtown Grinnell. In 2017, I completed the historical renovation of this 100 year old gem that was vacant for a few years. You will notice the soaring ceilings and the gleaming hardwood floors once you step inside my loft. Situated next to the Strand Movie Theatre, you'll be within walking distance of Grinnell College, grocery stores and many restaurants.
