Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.

Enjoy your private 2.4 acres on a secluded cove (seasonal water*) with a 10 ft by 20 ft dock/swim platform. We are conveniently located off Highway 11, providing easy access to: Downtown Knoxville (25mins) Sevierville (45mins) Cherokee Dam (30 mins) Big Ridge State Park (35 mins) The Loft is an old cattle barn we have renovated to create an amazing rustic getaway. It offers a spacious front porch, a small kitchenett, and a full bathroom with a hot shower!

The 22ft Airstream features a queen size bed (with upgraded Southampton Ultra Plush mattress), a kitchen area, dining booth, and bathroom with shower. The Hideaway property is located in the woods off of Chapman Hwy, at the end of a 0.25 mile driveway (2 miles from downtown Sevierville).

This unit is one of three different homes that sit together on a quiet 1-acre lot with boat dock shared by all three units (all are Airbnb rentals). The A-frame features a kitchenette with hot plate, tons of decking, grill, and a heck of a view.
