Our house is located in Villaggio Flor de Pacifico Sueno al Mar. 1h from Liberia and 4h from San Jose. The Residence has safeguared. There are gardens. On November 2024 inside the Residence will open a new mini market, bakery and Italian restaurant. Close to the Residence there is Potrero town, italian, sushi, american and tipycal restaurants and at about 100 mt. there is Muralla big market. Moreover there are some beautiful beaches as Playa Penca, Potrero, Prieta, Flamingo, Conchal, ect.
