Το Anastasia's House βρίσκεται στη Νεα Πέραμο και προσφέρει μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη παραθαλάσσια κατοικία με κήπο, βεράντα και θέα στη θάλασσα. Πλήρως ανακαινισμένο με μοντέρνα διακόσμηση, κατάλληλο να φιλοξενήσει έως 7 άτομα. Σε απόσταση 3 χλμ βρίσκονται οι απαράμιλλης ομορφιάς παραλίες των Αμμολόφων. Η Νέα Πέραμος απέχει 3 χιλιόμετρα και η Καβάλα 20χλμ. από την κατοικία. Το διεθνές αεροδρόμιο Μέγας Αλέξανδρος της Καβάλας είναι 32χλμ. Ένας όμορφος και ήσυχος χώρος για χαλάρωση και ξεκούραση.

SeaShell Apartment

SeaShell is a 75m`2 apartment at village Skala Maries on Thasos Island. Is in the centre of the village and 50-70m from the main beach. Also nearby at same distance there are SuperMarket, Restaurants, Pharmacy, Caffes. Parking space is for one car at house main entrance. There are 2 more beaches very close (150m -200m) accessible by foot. Both of our two balconies have Sea and Sunset view. This apartment is not available for parties. We available 24h/d for every info or serve you want.

It's only 10km away from the sea and that means a 10' drive through a lovely road surrounded by pine trees. The 720m2 of the property will gives you a sense of traquility and calmness to your family. If you have PETS ,it will be the ideal house for them because the whole estate is surrounded by a stonewall with fence.

Το Porto Nuovo Studio 1 βρίσκεται στον λιμένα θασου στον 1ο όροφο με ευρύχωρο μπαλκόνι μόλις 50 μέτρα από το νέο λιμάνι, 5 λεπτά από το κέντρο του λιμένα και από την παραλία! Εχει ελεύθερο παρκινγκ. Σε απόσταση 50 μέτρα υπάρχει φούρνος και απέχει 2 λεπτά από τα supermarkets Lidl, Μασούτης. Αποτελείται από έναν ενιαίο χώρο με διπλό κρεβατι και καναπέ που μετατρέπεται σε κρεβατι.Έχει κουζινάκι με επιτραπέζια επαγωγική εστία και ξεχωριστό μπάνιο! Διαθέτει TV 32” με Wi-Fi Netflix , YouTube.

Πολυ κοντα υπαρχει φουρνος,καφε, mini market,καταστηματα. Η θαλασσα ειναι στα 250 μετρα με τα ποδια, πολυ ευκολη προσβαση με δρομο χωρις ανηφορες ή σκαλες. Το σπιτι ειναι ολοκαίνουριο, υπερσύγχρονο κατασκευης 2024.

Κάθε γωνία του, από την οροφή μέχρι το μπάνιο φτιάχτηκε από εμάς στο χέρι με πολύ μεράκι ώστε να γίνει όπως το φανταστήκαμε και να το μοιραστούμε μαζί σας! Αυτό που πρέπει να γνωρίζετε είναι ότι εδώ θα έχετε την απόλυτη ελευθερία και ιδιωτικότητα σε ένα κτήμα 24στρ., σε απόσταση 1χλμ από την παραλία Παχύς.
