On offer is a converted barn, containing 2 double bedrooms bathroom sitting room and fully equipped kitchen with self service breakfast included. Please be advised that the staircase is quite steep but there is a banister and stair gate. if required. Guests can see the animals in fields the goats live off the end of the small garden

Our home is a beautiful 17th Century Town House, with a walled garden, in the ancient city of Winchester. Ideally situated for walking throughout the city with its magnificent 900 yr old Cathedral, William the Conqueror's Great Hall, King Arthur's Round table, Winchester College, England's oldest Public school. 1hr by train from London, 1hr from Heathrow, close to the New Forest, the South Downs, the South Coast, Jane Austen's home. Our house is 4 mins walk from the station.

It is a very attractive modern detached house in a quiet location on the north/east side of Chichester with free parking and views over Goodwood motor racing circuit and the South Downs. We are 5 minutes walk from St Richard's hospital. Also easily accessed from the A27 and a 20 minute walk to Chichester city centre. A cosy and comfortable double room with a shared bathroom. Breakfast included. My place is good for solo adventurers and business travellers.

The Bay Tree - Central & Quiet Location

The Bay Tree, in central Chichester, has been up and running for just over 7 years. The property was given a complete 'make-over' when we moved in, with the addition of a brand new kitchen. A quintessentially English country cottage tucked away down a lane surrounded by woods and fields and yet only a 15 minute drive from the heart of the beautiful city of Winchester, this is the perfect rural retreat to relax and explore the South Downs National Park. Please note the guest bed is a standard double size. Breakfast includes fresh fruit, local honey and eggs from the Hens if available as well as cereals, bread, teas, OJ and coffee.

A DIY breakfast is provided: toast, yoghurt, fruit, etc. The Clarendon Way passes our front door and we are close to Winchester, Salisbury and the New Forest. The River Test flows through the village and there are fabulous walks and bike rides near by. There is a country pub serving food a 5 min walk away. Bicycles can be stored securely in our garage.

The Chicken Shed

The` Chicken shed` is a cosy 1 bedroom annexe with en-suite shower room, on the courtyard of Highground Barn, which is a traditional Sussex flint barn originally built in 1760 and converted in 2004. The property sits at the end of a quiet country lane in Barnham village surrounded by fields of grazing horses, and is an ideal location to stay and relax. A stay at the `Chicken Shed` is sure to be a peaceful and relaxing time.
